The family sends the form
In SidelineWorks-Complete, a family can see the required item, get a blank form when one is available, and submit paperwork. The submitted item waits for school review; sending it does not automatically complete the requirement.
School staff check the original
SidelineWorks reads what it can from the document. An authorized school reviewer compares those details with the original, corrects anything missed, and confirms the requirement. If automatic reading has trouble with a document a person can read, the family should not have to start over for that reason alone.
The family can see the result
If the school asks for a correction, the family sees what to fix. Once the school accepts the form, the requirement is complete. A separate athletic trainer restriction stays in place until the trainer changes it.

Continue collecting and storing forms through your existing process. Staff can record completed requirements and see which athletes need follow-up.
