Meet the founder
Matt Hoffmann
Matt brings more than ten years of healthcare management experience and a background in orthopedics. While leading teams of athletic trainers, he saw how much routine participation work depended on paper, spreadsheets, inboxes, personal phones, and individual memory.
He started SidelineWorks to make that work easier for the people carrying it—and to bring more continuity and trust to a historically murky paper system.
Green Bay, Wisconsin, is home to Matt and his family. SidelineWorks is being built and validated here first, with a product architecture intended to adapt responsibly to other states and regions over time.
