Suppose Jordan’s trainer has written “walk-through drills only.” Before practice, the coach has a question about a particular drill. The most useful question describes the activity and refers to the current instruction.
Ask the trainer
In SidelineWorks, the coach can ask in the athlete’s conversation. Current school athletic trainers can see athlete-related conversations, so a colleague can follow the discussion.
Keep the instruction current
A message is a conversation, not an update to participation. If the guidance changes, the athletic trainer updates the participation instructions so the people working with the athlete see the current direction.
